In Thai Bodywork, Starry gives passive stretches and gentle pressure along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body’s energy systems. It combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, joint freeing, and lightly guided breathing, cultivating a state of deep relaxation and peace.

Somatic touch techniques help to establish a co-regulation where nervous system patterns of defense can relax and release allowing more trust, safety and serenity. Optional Zen Tarot 3-card reading included to align with your soul’s intention.

Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and be able to get up and down off a mat on the floor.

Neither yoga experience nor flexibility are required.
